Consultations are $50 and if you retain me as counsel that payment is applied to your first months' invoice.

Lindsey's hourly rate is $225/hr. With a retainer of 1,250 or more, Lindsey’s hourly rate reduces to 200/hr. She can also work on a contingency basis or fixed rate per project. As much as possible, Lindsey prefers to work on a fixed rate per project basis.
