Lindsey Herr

Originally from Martinsville, Virginia, Lindsey is a graduate of Mississippi College School of Law and University of Mary Washington with a double major in Biology and Philosophy. Lindsey practiced with Staci O'Neal at O'Neal Law firm for two years before Staci was elected as Madison County Court Judge. At that time, Lindsey made the decision to open Herr Law Firm. Lindsey specializes in Real Estate Closings, Wills & Estates, General Litigation and is a certified Guardian ad Litem.

She is an ambassador with the Madison City Chamber of Commerce and a Liaison for the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. In addition to the practice, Lindsey also serves as the Public Defender for the Madison County Youth Court and Juvenile Drug Court. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and reading. Lindsey also serves on the Madison City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is married to Matthew Herr who is a Case Manager for the 20th District Adult Drug Court. They have two children, Penny and William, and a Goldendoodle named Max.
