Lindsey U. Herr, Esq.

Lindsey Herr is an experienced attorney with more than a decade of practice in civil litigation, real estate, estate planning, family law, and youth court matters. She also serves as a Guardian Ad litem in Chancery Courts throughout the state. She is deeply committed to serving families and helping clients navigate some of life’s most important moments with compassion and clarity.

Lindsey is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington, where she earned a double major in Biology and Philosophy, and Mississippi College School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate.

Lindsey practiced for six years as the Madison County Youth Court Public Defender and Guardian Ad Litem before becoming the Madison County Youth Court Prosecutor in 2023. In addition, she teaches the County Court General Litigation Clinic as an adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law, mentoring the next generation of attorneys.

When she’s not in the courtroom or classroom, Lindsey enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband, and their three children.
