County Court Clinic

County Court in Mississippi handles several unique causes of action, including unlawful entry and detainer, eminent domain, and collection matters. Lindsey has served as an adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law since 2023, where she teaches the General Litigation Clinic. Through this clinic, second- and third-year law students gain hands-on experience representing pro se individuals in County Court. Under Lindsey’s supervision, students draft and argue motions, develop client interview and advocacy skills, and gain courtroom experience, including trying cases.
