Estate Planning, Family Law, General Litigation, and Youth Court

Herr Law Firm was founded in 2016 by Lindsey Herr. After graduating from Mississippi College School of Law in 2014, Lindsey opened her own practice with the goal of providing personalized, community-focused legal services. While legal matters are often stressful, Herr Law Firm is committed to guiding clients through the process with clarity and compassion, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

The firm concentrates its practice in Estate Planning, Family Law, General Litigation, and Youth Court matters. Lindsey understands that she is often called upon during some of the most significant moments in her clients’ lives and approaches every case with the care, respect, and professionalism those moments deserve.

Over the past decade, Lindsey has worked diligently to build a practice that is approachable, accessible, and responsive to client needs. She is willing to meet clients where they live or work to minimize time and travel burdens and recognizes that legal issues do not always arise at convenient times.
