Herr Law Firm was opened in 2016 by Lindsey Herr. After working with Staci O'Neal of O'Neal Law Firm for two years, Lindsey decided to create her own firm to service the real estate and estate planning needs of residents in and around Madison Mississippi. Herr Law Firm is one of the few all female owned and operated law firms in the area, and we strive to make the law accessible to everyone, regardless of race, religion, or gender. Nobody likes to have legal issues, but it is our goal to take the stress out of the process and help you focus on what is important. We specialize in real estate closings and wills and estate planning. Lindsey recognizes she plays a role in helping families navigate some of the most meaningful moments of their lives, and she always provides her services with the level of respect that these big life moments deserve. After spending several years working as part of the O’Neal Law Firm team, Staci O’Neal was elected Madison County Court Judge, and Lindsey made the decision to open her own firm. Since establishing the Herr Law Firm in 2016, Lindsey has worked diligently to create a top notch legal firm where individuals and families in Madison, Brookhaven, the Greater Jackson Metro Area, and surrounding communities can get the help they need to successfully navigate real estate closing, create wills, and manage their estates. In addition to striving to create a law firm that is accessible to more people in her community, Lindsey has worked to make that community a better place to live and work. She volunteers her legal skills regularly, but she has also made a point of supporting local community organizations, including facilitating the Brave New Girls program to support young women in the tri-county area.
